ADMINISTRATION OFFICER Required for November 2022. Permanent part or full-time contract (term time only).

Grade: 5 SCP 8-14  £20,852 - £23,484 PRO RATA (dependent upon experience)

Hours: 32.5hrs per week Monday-Friday Term Time (full time – 37 hours – may be considered for the right candidate)

The Governors wish to appoint a capable, enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Administration Officer to support our Business manager in our School Office.

Christ Church CE maintains a happy school environment that encourages innovation and respects tradition. Successful candidates will have a very strong commitment to enabling the school to improve children’s lives through the efficient operation of a busy school office. They will demonstrate the ability to work proactively and with initiative, in close co-operation with colleagues in the Office, school Leaders, Site and catering leaders and more widely all those responsible for teaching. Successful candidates will be supportive of the Anglican Christian ethos of the School.

  • Have you positive experience of working within a School Office in a similar role?
  • Have you experience of working successfully with a variety of stakeholders?
  • Do you have the enthusiasm, competence and skills (sense of humour a definite plus) to work in a team?
  • Are you highly motivated and innovative, adaptable & flexible?
