Our Key Stage 1 children always strive to be the best we can be. We are proud of the progress we make in lessons, and as we grow and learn, we are proud to be becoming good people.
Together, with God's love, we can achieve anything.
We hope you enjoy looking through our class page. It will be updated with photographs and news regularly, and you will find all the curriculum information you need on here.
Reminders and Useful Information
Reading
We are super readers and to help us to do our best in school we need to read every night at home. Please help by hearing your child read out loud and signing their school planner. Group reading awards will be given out each Wednesday in our 'Celebration Assembly'.
Homework
Spellings will be sent home every Friday to be returned the following Wednesday. Children also receive half-termly 'homework challenges'. See the powerpoint below for more information on this.
PE
PE lessons take place twice a week (see the table below to find out on which days your class has PE). On PE days the children will be expected to come into school wearing their school PE uniform. The children regularly do the mile on our track around the field.
