Christ Church CP Primary School says a HUGE thank you to Amazon's Community Programme!

As part of Packed with Purpose — Amazon's new community initiative — Christ Church CP Primary in Padgate has been gifted over 300 backpacks filled with stationery, water bottles, pens, pencils and more. There's enough for every child to take one home and use as their school bag, saving parents money and giving every pupil the best start to the school year.

Amazon volunteers will also be running follow-on activities in school, including:

  • Reading buddies and story time sessions
  • Career day — an insight into working in technology and logistics
  • Digital literacy workshop
  • STEM activity session
  • School grounds and playground clean-up
